Medibank works with customers, medical professionals, governments, hospitals, not-for-profit organisations and community groups to find new and effective ways to deliver better health. 


We are Australia’s largest supplier of telehealth services. Our team of health professionals provide telehealth services on behalf of business, government and the community. Medibank had a record 1.7 interactions over the phone and on-line with Australians in the 2017 financial year, delivering national and state-based health and mental health services such as beyondblue, 1800RESPECT, NSW Quitline and Nurse-On-Call. These services are additionally important for those in rural and remote areas of Australia.


Promoting mental health and wellbeing is a priority for Medibank, and we have already achieved real change by partnering with groups who support and encourage better physical and mental health within the community. We invested $6.3 million in the community in 2017 through a range of sponsorships and partnerships.
